We were amazed by the location of this hotel, being so close to the exhibition center where we attended a conference. The public transport links were also very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. The check-out area was efficient and quick. Despite being in a capital city with all the luxuries it offers, the service that this venue provided was exceptional. The room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar made our stay very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and was able to assist us with all our requests.
We would happily recommend this hotel to friends.

Breakfast had a wide variety of sweet and savory options with good quality ingredients. The new hotel had clean rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The reception area was casual, modern, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating special requests. Parking was secure and conveniently located.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a nice variety of pastries, fresh croissants, hams, cheeses, and dry cereals. The breakfast area attendants kept the area well stocked and brought out items as needed. The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The staff, especially Luna, was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and family-friendly, and my daughter loved it.

The hotel's location, although not close to the main attractions, was conveniently situated about a block away from a metro station. This made it easy to navigate and explore the city.

Some evenings, transportation to the center of the city may be inconvenient, especially when arriving late. Traffic in the surrounding area can cause delays, particularly when using rideshare services.

Polite and professional staff. Excellent breakfast with a nice variety of pastries, fresh croissants, and delicious coffees. Convenient location close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Water bottle refill stations on every floor are a great eco-friendly touch.
Limited dining options in the hotel, rooftop restaurant was always booked and menu at Rosé's was a bit limited. Not many appealing restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful spacious room, little extras like a yoga mat, calming music app, still and sparkling water fountain, delicious tea in the room. Gorgeous rooftop restaurant with amazing views. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, very friendly. The bartender at the rooftop restaurant was amazing with a great personality.
Couldn't stay longer.
